Nestled in the picturesque region of Ningde, Fujian Province, Fu’an City is widely recognized as the epicenter of China’s massage chair manufacturing industry. Known for its rich industrial heritage and skilled workforce, Fu’an has earned a reputation as a global hub for massage chair production. At one point, 50% of China’s massage chairs were produced in Fu’an, a testament to the city’s dominance in this sector. Let's discover something about why Bohe massage chair will start in this city!

Why Fu’an City?

• Fu’an is famous for making motors twenty years ago, gathering many motor factories, and the motor is one of the important part of massage chairs, that's why many massage chair factories are appearing and gathering in Fuan - including bohe. Fu’an currently has specialized accessories, leather and printing factories to support the production of massage chairs.
• Maybe most of you are more familiar with massage chair factory in Xiamen or shanghai. Fu'an is a small city, so the labor cost, the production cost of the factory will be lower, that's why massage chair factory in Fu'an can offer more competitive price. Most of the workers in the factory are the residents in the neighborhood and the turnover rate is low.

Fu’an is home to a concentrated network of massage chair manufacturers, ranging from small workshops to large-scale factories. Among these, four major players stand out for their scale, expertise, and commitment to quality—and we are proud to be one of them.
